	* admin/sample-db-config.tcl.txt: totally replaced with a copy of
	what is in config-reference.tcl.txt.

	* admin/config-reference.tcl.txt: added a badly needed Sybase
	example that actually worked somewhere.  Also added a postgres
	one.

	* admin/config-detailed.html (Note): Tried to fix formatting,
	remove obsolete things, and correct some obvious errors.  The
	formatting is still heinous.

	* admin/config.html: broken links pointed to old pages.  Thanks to
	Steve Jacobs <sjacobs@fgm.com> for the report.
