Patches to conn.c and ns.h are in directory aolserver.

AOLserver C module is in this dir along with Tcl module
 which enables moving Tcl_Channel to worker thread for
 background async delivery of specified file. 

AOLserver configuration is in logs/log-begin.txt.

Benchmark results are in logs/apache-bench.txt.
